- Cumberland FA’s 3 Lions School Club Link Plan
Each year Cumberland FA writes a School-Club link plan for the county.
As part of the Cumberland FA’s County School - club links project we are keen to support clubs to develop links or build upon already established links with schools. Working with schools not only extends young peoples opportunity to participate in football but also provides an excellent opportunity to help, strengthen and develop your club.
What school - club links you make is up to you!
This may include:
- after school clubs
- helping with a school team
- starting a girls section
- promoting your club in school assemblies
- starting a disability section
- running a school festival
School - clubs links can be made with primary, secondary or special schools. Whatever level you would like to make school - club links we aim to support your club by offering free equipment, resources and training.
If you would like to get involved, then please complete the information sheet in the related documents section, and either return to the County Office or alternatively e-mail to: Ben.Snowdon@CumberlandFA.com
