Within 72 hours of completion of the game, the home Club Secretary is responsible for notifying the result to the County Office.
This can be done by one of the following three options:-
1) e-mail to countycups@cumberlandfa.com
2) text to 07771 922164 (Cup results only)
3) telephone to 01900 872310 ext. 20 where an answer phone facility will be in operation.
Notification is also required if the game is postponed. Failure to comply will result in the offending Club being fined £15.00.
Clubs should also communicate the result of the game to their relevant League Secretary.
BOTH teams are responsible for sending by mail (not e-mail) fully completed team sheets after the game to the County Office.
