We are delighted to secure funding to run an FA Youth Award – Module 1; Developing the Environment this year, as part of McDonalds commitment to grassroots football.
This course is the first part of The FA’s new range of Youth Coaching courses. Module 1 looks at creating the right environment in which young players can develop. The course will also introduce coaches to new games and drills which are specifically designed to fit the child. Please note that candidates for this course must have a Level 1.
This course is being held over the weekends of 4th/5th & 18th/19th July 2009 (4 days) at Frenchfields, Penrith from 9.00am until 5.00pm each day - please visit the related documents section for further details.
We have 24 free places to give away on the course, and upon successful completion of the course, each candidate will receive a free UMBRO coaching package.
Priority will be given to coaches from Charter Standard Clubs within Cumberland until Friday 19 June 2009. After this date, places will be allocated on a first come-first served basis.
