With the floods and the snow causing an enormous amount of disruption for fixtures this season in both the junior and senior fixtures, the Cumberland FA are grateful to all clubs and leagues in the County who have worked hard to fulfil the fixtures and get the County Cup to this point.
The Tesco Cups are a home nation’s grassroots football competition across three age groups: U13 boys, U14 girls and U16 girls. Working in conjunction with the FA and local communities, it is part of a wider commitment from Tesco to encourage youngsters to get involved in sport. The U13 competition is now in its fifth year with the girl’s competitions in its third year, the number of entrants has increased each season.

Cumberland FA would like to wish both clubs good luck and look forward to a good game.
The winners of the finals will represent Cumberland at the TESCO regional finals to be held on Saturday 24 April 2010 at the University of Manchester ground, Wythenshawe, Manchester.
With 40 County FA's now taking part in all competitions, the regional finals will be bigger than ever. The final will be held at the Reebok Stadium, Bolton on Sunday 16 May 2010.
