For Season 2016 / 2017, clubs will be able to affiliate through the Whole Game System, The FA’s IT platform, and will ideally need to purchase Personal Accident and Legal Liability insurance before affiliation can be completed.
It is mandatory for all teams in Cumberland to have Personal Accident Insurance in place. Public Liability insurance is also mandatory and all clubs should carry a limit of indemnity of no less than £10,000,000 any one occurrence.

For Adult 11-a-side teams, personal accident insurance is mandatory and the “Superior 50” level of cover is the minimum level of cover required by the Cumberland Football Association. We would recommend that you look at the range of benefits on offer as you may wish to upgrade your teams cover.
