Clubs should follow the process below for each County Cup Fixture:
All postponed games must be played the following week if possible at the Home Club’s venue and if this is not playable, and they are unable to find an alternative venue, the game should be transferred to the Away Club’s ground.
Within 2 hours of completion of the game, the home Club Secretary or a designated contact is responsible for notifying the result to the County Office. This should be done by the automated SMS service.
Where a text has not been received, or you have been instructed otherwise, clubs should ensure the result is confirmed by sending an e-mail to countycups@CumberlandFA.com
Failure to comply will result in the offending club being fined £10. Clubs should also communicate the result of the game to their relevant League Secretary.
BOTH teams are responsible for sending by post (not e-mail) fully completed team sheets following the game to the County Office.
