Cumberland FA are looking for businesses and workplaces to enter a brand-new Work Social league starting in 2020.
The exciting new development will support local businesses to focus on the health and wellbeing of staff as well as supporting the social aspect for colleagues.
Want to build up team spirit in your organisation or business, but one ‘away day’ isn’t enough? Then enter this League and play against other local businesses in the Cumberland Work-Social League!
The Flexible Football format will provide monthly fixtures and depending on interest the league structure will run in West Cumbria and East Cumbria.
The Work-Social League will involve:
• Male / Female Football
• 60-90 minute matches
• 7, 9 or 11-a-side
Cumberland FA will provide support to access fixture venues and appoint registered Referees.
The aim is to play 11 v 11 games, however to increase the entries from smaller businesses there is also an option for smaller sided games (and following the closing of expression of interest on 31 January the formats will be confirmed)
We are planning on providing mixed gender fixtures, pending FA dispensation
The Work-Social League will be tailored to those who wish to enter, so please complete the expression of interest form by clicking on the below link.
