FAQs

Each club competing will receive a text from The FA’s Full-Time System on the day of their fixture which they will need to respond to within 2 hours of the completion of the game with the result. If no text is received, please e-mail CountyCups@CumberlandFA.com with the result.

From 2021-22 there will be no paper Team Sheets as we will be utilising The FA Fulltime system for match returns.

Following the match the Team Administrator will enter the scores, team sheets and other statistics (such as Referee and Respect marks) via the Fulltime website. (Each Team Administrator should have received an email invitation to log into the Fulltime system. Please contact CountyCups@CumberlandFA.com if there are any queries).

If your club cannot fulfil a fixture, please contact the County FA immediately. If you are unable to fulfil the fixture, then your team may be removed from the competition and a fine will normally be incurred in accordance with the competition rules (further details in Cups & Competitions - Rules and Documents).

The draw will have your opposition details on so you can get in touch with them. If you are unable to make contact with them, then please advise Cumberland FA.

Please contact Cumberland FA immediately.

Games will be played as per the home team’s normal day and kick-off time (traditional league default). Teams can mutually agree alternative arrangements in compliance with the relevant Rule of the competition, Clubs wishing to make alternative arrangements must submit a written request to the CFA Sanctions & Competitions Committee via CountyCups@CumberlandFA.com who will make a decision. Any arrangements will also be dependent on CFA match official availability.

Any competition matches postponed on account of the ground conditions should comply with FA procedures.  Should the ground be declared unfit it is the responsibility of the home club to immediately advise the CFA, the visiting club and the Match Officials (if known).
