It isn’t just Carlisle United representing Cumberland in the Emirates FA Cup this weekend, as two Cumberland referees will also be involved in the first round proper.

Anthony Backhouse will be the referee taking charge of Port Vale v Sunderland on Sunday (11 November), while Kevin Mulraine, who took charge of last season’s Cumberland Cup Final, will be an assistant referee for Accrington Stanley v Colchester United.
