With the England Women’s Team reaching the Semi Finals of a major tournament for the third time in a row, the team have inspired the country. Cumberland FA are planning ahead and want to hear from women across the county who are interested in playing.
Whether you’ve played in the past and would like play again or if you’re new to the game we would like to know as we plan for sessions across the county to increase the playing opportunities for women in Cumberland.
If you're interested in league football, Futsal, recreational football or Walking Football for those aged 50+ we would like to hear from you.
With a 9v9 league offering regular mid-week football across Cumbria from April to September in the Cumberland FA Women’s League and a number of teams playing in leagues across the North West throughout the traditional winter season there are chances to play league football wherever you are.

Cumberland FA are planning additional Just Play centres for women interested in a kick about without committing to weekly training or fixtures to fit in with busy lives as well as walking football sessions. These will further develop the Prosecco Soccer sessions which were ongoing for the past couple of years.
Please complete our short survey to let us know your interest and we can also let you know when sessions are confirmed.
