Cumberland Referee

Online Support Through Covid-19

Cumberland FA are offering virtual online sessions to a range of CFA Registered Match Officials. We know its not just the players missing match day and everything that surrounds it.

We want to make sure Referees are well supported during these unprecedented times. Read on for opportunities to get involved and to stay connected with the Football Community.

Cumberland FA, in conjunction with Cumberland County Referees' Association have recorded a number of #AskTheRef Podcasts

All registered match officials have access to the Cumberland County Referees’ Association group on Facebook with regular training clips shared and an opportunity for referees to post and take part in discussions.

The Ref's Room (Over 18s) aims to bring together local referees, who are missing the interaction with colleagues and friends, into an online social club where they can interact, have a drink and listen to the stories and experiences of a number of special guests over the coming weeks.

BRAND NEW

The Cumberland FA Select Group will provide young referees with a platform to engage with each other and key guests from refereeing.

The latest online community is aimed at Referees who are aged between 14 and 17 years of age and have been registered with Cumberland FA or have attended a basic referee course in season 19/20.
