COURSE BOOKING INFORMATION
Course Fees must be paid up front. If you are having your course paid for by an FA Charter Standard Club, a signed letter on headed notepaper confirming payment must be submitted with your FAN and course information. Please make cheques payable to Cumberland FA.
If you wish to cancel your attendance on your chosen course, you should inform Cumberland FA immediately. All of our courses are in high demand, and by not advising us you are subsequently preventing another candidate attending.
Cumberland FA Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a refund minus £10 fee. Cancellations less than 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a refund of 25%. Learners, who fail to notify Cumberland FA of their non-attendance prior to the course start date, are not eligible for any refund, and not eligible for a transfer to another course.
Cumberland FA Transfer Policy
Transfers to alternative courses more than 14 days before the course start date are charged at £10. Transfers to alternative courses less than 7 days before the course start date are subject to 50% additional course fee. Each learner can only transfer once between courses, and if they are unable to attend the course they transferred to, they are not eligible for a refund, even if they cancel more than 14 working days before the new course start date.
For all coaches on FA Level 1 courses
If you are enrolled on one of our FA Level 1 Coaching Awards and cannot attend the First Aid or Safeguarding Children aspects of the course, you may be charged full price for a place on a Stand Alone course.
