Almost a year on from the start of the project to launch Cumberland FA’s new website, the County FA are once again on the lookout for local football photos.

We want to ensure that as much imagery used on our website is from football across our county, showing match action of our affiliated teams taking place in Cumberland itself, in addition to initiatives, workshops and courses.

The new-look website that was launched in March 2018 features local Cumberland teams; but we now want to update these photos ready for 2019.

They say an image speaks a thousand words – and what better image that one of our volunteers putting in hard work behind-the-scenes? Whether it’s putting nets up, celebrating a goal or setting up a training session – we’d love to use your photos.

REMEMBER: Photos taken on a smartphone are GREAT for website use! Just make sure photos taken are saved at highest quality.

With County Cup fixtures over recent years getting plenty of hits on our Facebook page, we believe that using photos on our new website will help raise the profile of clubs, leagues, referees and volunteers in Cumberland.

All we’d ask is that you gain permission from the teams/clubs to confirm photographs can be taken and used on the Cumberland FA website – and our social media outlets.

All high-resolution images should be sent to media@cumberlandfa.com. By submitting your photos, you’re agreeing to allow Cumberland FA to use them across all media platforms.
