Cumberland FA is seeking a Referee Development Officer and maternity cover for a Football Services Administrator, who will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer to support delivery of The FA National Game Strategy in partnership with key stakeholders.
These posts support the delivery of The FA National Game Strategy across Cumberland and the County FA are looking for two enthusiastic individuals with the necessary skills and competencies to join the already established team.
REFEREE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
The post is 18 hours per week, two days (14 hours) of which will be based at Cumberland FA’s headquarters in Cockermouth.
FOOTBALL SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR – MATERNITY COVER
The post is full-time and is based at Cumberland FA’s headquarters in Cockermouth.
For each post, the successful applicant will need to be passionate about and committed to the development of football at a local level; be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. They will need to demonstrate exceptional customer service, be able to work as part of a team with excellent planning, communication and presentation skills.
