Entries are now open for Cumberland FA Women's League

The popular 9v9 Summer League moves into its fifth year since it switched from the traditional 'winter' season offering  midweek playing opportunities to women across Cumbria.

Entries for 2019 are now open. If your team/club wishes to enter the Women’s League for the 2019 season please download, complete and return on or before the deadline of 5pm on Monday 18th March 2019

Please note - return of the form does not constitute confirmation of entry. As per League rules, any new club application will be put before the existing members and a vote taken based on the application.

AGM: The league AGM will take place at 7pm on Wednesday 27th March 2019

The venue for the meeting:
 Cumberland FA HQ
 Units 3 & 4, Tithe House, Station Street, Cockermouth. CA13 9QW

All proposed new member clubs must attend the AGM

The proposed start date for the league season is Wednesday 10th April 2019. (This will be confirmed at the AGM)

Last season was the most exciting yet, with the League Title decided by a play off with Vickerstown FC overcoming the dominant Crown Newlaithes FC to win the Championship for the first time. Crown Newlaithes FC retained the League Cup while Penrith AFC Rubies were victorious in the Plate Competition.
