FACE TO FACE MEETINGS

With the safety of staff and the grassroots community of paramount importance, the Cumberland FA office is open for appointments only.

If you feel your query cannot be handled over the phone, via email or through a video meeting, please do request a socially distant meeting by either calling or e-mailing us to arrange a date and time.

Please note that in line with Government guidance we have had to make some changes to the office.

This includes:
• Guests are asked to maintain social distancing throughout their visit
• All guests to wear face masks or coverings during their visit to the CFA (unless you are exempted) - please note that failure to wear a mask/covering will result in you being asked to leave
• Extra hygiene measures are in place upon entry
• The CFA is supporting test and trace so visitors will be asked to complete an online form ahead of attending or upon arriving at the CFA Offices
• The CFA are operating a knock and wait asa response system to enter the office and have a one-way system to ensure social distancing is always maintained

New E-Mail System

During these strange times, as a staff team our focus is to try and ensure that we can continue to best support our members with all your football needs, whilst having staff members on a flexible rota of work.

The CFA have therefore started to use an online customer support system (Freshdesk) to manage all our external e-mails.  This platform allows us to support member’s needs, track conversations with members and to pass issues onto fellow staff members to deal with.

The system also allows you to provide feedback when we believe an issue has been resolved.

You should see very little difference other than the fact that this will hopefully allow us to improve the overall experience of communicating with you and ensure we resolve any problems as quickly as we can.
