CFA TEAM TALKS
As part of our #ReturnToPlay campaign and to support the mental health and wellbeing of the grassroots football community, Cumberland FA have recorded a number of short videos to provide information and tips as football returns.
As football was and continues to be one of the first things to resume following the government roadmap, those involved in the game may be amongst the first to encounter and identify potential issues with mental health and welfare.
Ben Snowdon CEO said: “As a County FA, we have a moral responsibility to support, educate and train Clubs around their ability to support and refer any individuals appropriately and ultimately maybe even save a life. We urge all Clubs and those involved in grassroots football in Cumberland to watch our series of short training and support videos available to Clubs.”
Cumberland FA are calling on everyone in the grassroots community to watch these (volunteers, coaches, match officials, adult players, parents) ....‘We can all make a difference’.
