We’re looking forward to welcoming the two finalists, match officials, volunteers and guests on Sunday morning in what should be a great advert for the local grassroots football game. Recent meeting's between the two sides have been draws so Sunday's Final should be a close encounter!

Cumberland FA would like to thank Penrith AFC, who have recently hosted the Cumberland Cup Final and next Friday host the Women’s Cup Final.

For the first time since 2017/18 it will be an 'all Carlisle' Sunday Cup Final with both finalists defeating West Cumbrian teams in the Semi Final.

Sunday will be the first appearance for AFC Scotby in a Cup Final since they were formed in 2013. The village team won the Carlisle City Sunday League Division 3 title in 2016 before winning the Division 2 title in 2018 when they were promoted to the Premier Division.

Current holders Inter Pirelli are aiming for 3 County Cup wins in a row after defeating Northside FC in 2020 and Bransty Rangers in 2019. This will be their fourth Final appearance in 4 playing seasons after losing out to Brampton in 2018. The team have won the Carlisle City Sunday League Premier Division title for the past 3 seasons.

Mark Hunter takes charge as Referee and is assisted by Dan Forbes and Barney Pannone with Colin Varty as fourth official.
