Cumberland FA Youth Players

Show kindness and enter our competition!

The best photo will be selected by a judging panel and will win an FA Respect package

From our research, we know that 99% of all games in Cumberland occur without any reported incident.

So, following the recent Silent Support Weekends, we would like all those involved in games to celebrate and raise awareness of all the good things that happen every week within our game by undertaking a random act of kindness or gratitude

This could be welcoming the match official to your club with a cup of tea, sharing sweets with opposition players, thanking your coach after the game with a card, or any such similar action that demonstrates and encapsulates the true Cumbrian spirit of the game.

We also want you to share these random acts and what you are grateful for within grassroots football by sharing and tagging us into your comments, photos, videos and stories via our social media platforms and using #LoveFootballInCumberland and #PositivityAlwaysWins.

The best photo will be selected by a judging panel and will win an FA Respect package, including barriers, for your club. Other spot prizes will also be provided to randomly selected entrants who tag us in and use the relevant hashtags. Entry for this competition will close at 5pm on Thursday 4th May 2023

Let’s end the season in style and celebrate all that is good about the game in Cumberland, because positivity always wins!
