• Jackson Young

Scott Taylor, Cumberland FA Referee Development Officer, said: “Our end-of-season promotions again reflect the hard work and commitment shown by Cumberland FA referees at grassroots level. This is their reward for on-field refereeing performances over the season in Open Age and Youth football.

"As always, I am extremely happy for them all as each and every successful promotion candidate has put a lot of effort into gaining their promotion. The set FA criteria states they must referee an appropriate number of games for their level, undertake various online CPD courses, and pass an online FA Laws of the Game test. I know I say this every time but I’m hopeful one or two of them can now push on next season and aim for further promotions.”
