Most volunteering roles in Cumberland grassroots football clubs can be undertaken with no experience, although some roles do require training and safeguarding checks.
There are many different roles needed to run a football club whether its an adult club or junior club; from physical roles such as a coach, to behind the scenes roles such as secretary. Each Club in Cumberland is unique and each team within the club will need volunteers to allow players to train and play.
